Customs 

Schedule a consultation appointment to book a custom order

Custom items range from 2-12 weeks depending on exact design and order volume. Custom items are shipped via USPS or FedEx

No Refunds or Exchanges on custom items.

We offer virtual consultations and in person appointments by appointment only.

There is a Non-Refundable Consultation fee required to book.

 

Consultation 

There is a $10 non-refundable deposit required to book 

There is a 10 minute grace period After 10 minutes a late fee of $5 is required.

After 20 minutes your appointment will be cancelled 

   

Rush Orders

If you need an item produced or shipped in a rush, please email us with your request and we can try to accommodate you. However, there will be additional charges for rush production and express shipping

 

Alterations 

In order to get alterations done you have to book alterations

You will be sent confirmation email of date, time, location, and further instructions.

Please bring the items you want alterations on

No Extra Guest

                                                         

 Deposits 

Deposits are for custom orders with a value amount of $250 or greater. Any orders less than $250 must be paid in full

Your deposit is a portion of your balance. Once your deposit is placed your deadline is secure, your materials are bought and ordered soon after.

Deposits are Non-Refundable

Any order of $250 or greater requires 60% deposits 

 

 Payment Plan 

Payments plans are available only for garments needed 4-6 months from due date.

If you want to do a payment plan, we will discuss and come up with a set price. We will also set a due date for monthly payments

 

Cancelled Event 

In the unfortunate event that your event is cancelled or if you change your mind or if the date is postponed , you are still responsible for the full total of the dress, which should be paid no later than the original date provided. If the account isn’t satisfied by then , the dress becomes property of Nebula Rich and can be immediately sold for profit 

If a payment arrangement is needed please keep in contact with us. We will store dresses no longer than 1 week after you receive confirmation of completion. After the 7 days , a fee of $10 per day will be added. If longer than 2 weeks item becomes property Nebula Rich and can be immediately sold for profit to fulfill your account.
